The New Vision for Telemedicine
After a careful review of the existing telemedicine systems, ENSI-MED International (ENSI-MED) devised the ENSI-MED VidPhone, a unique network based on the capabilities of a handheld Video-Voice over Internet Protocol (Vid-VOIP) telephone that can be used to serve video out to virtually any large viewing monitor and equally take video in to transmit across the system. As a phone, the system is as easy as dialing a number, while the size, cost and portability of the system makes deployment considerably less daunting and considerably more flexible than any other system available. In addition, the system eliminates the need for physicians to employ costly and oftentimes incompatible software on laptops or desktop computers.
